As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Trapeze™ Instructor, and Mindfulness Coach, I’m passionate about helping women over 40 embrace their strength, vitality, and confidence. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance health and wellness with life’s demands, and I’m here to make that journey feel achievable and empowering.

My approach integrates yoga, strength training, nutrition, and mindfulness to create a holistic path to wellness. Whether it’s flowing on the mat, building strength with intentional movement, or calming the mind through mindfulness practices, I believe in meeting you where you are and celebrating progress, not perfection.

I’ve dedicated this site, my social media, and Youtube channel to showing women that it’s never too late to transform your health and rediscover your best self. From hiking the Grand Canyon, preparing for fitness competitions, and making a huge fitness comeback after a major injury, I’ve embraced challenges that push boundaries, proving that midlife can be a time of strength, growth, and adventure.

When I’m not practicing yoga or in the gym, you’ll find me hiking, experimenting with healthy recipes, or sharing tips to help other women live their best lives.
