🗓 Purchase your 12-session coaching package. These sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

✅ Look for a confirmation email with your Zoom link & session details
✅ Join your session and let’s discuss your goals
✅ In follow-up sessions, review progress and refine your wellness plan
✅ Schedule your next session when you’re ready!
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you need to change your private Zoom session, no worries! You can reschedule up to 24 hours prior. No schedule changes will be granted within 24 hours of our appointment time. However, in the event of an emergency within this timeline, please contact me directly at heather [at] heathermonthie.com to discuss options. All 1:1 session purchases are final; no refunds will be granted. Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
