Do I need special equipment for the programs?

Yes, you can absolutely start at home! Many of the programs are designed with bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment, making it easy to begin wherever you are. But as you progress and get stronger, the goal is to build you up to a point where you’ll need heavier gym equipment to continue challenging yourself. The idea is to start where you’re comfortable, but we’ll work together to take your strength to the next level!
